F Bagee's Terms and Conditions — for members

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the F Bagee platform and all its services. By registering or using our services, you are deemed to have automatically agreed to these Terms.

Please read these Terms and Conditions in full before using our platform. If you disagree with any of the terms, we ask that you refrain from using our services.

F Bagee reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these terms at any time at its sole discretion. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Creating a personal account is required to access services on F Bagee. You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information at the time of registration.

Account Rules:

• Each individual is allowed only one You may create one account. Creating multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed and your funds may be forfeited.
• The information provided during registration — name, mobile number, and date of birth — must be accurate. Providing false information will result in account termination.
• You are responsible for keeping your account password secure. Do not share your password with anyone.
• Any unauthorized use of your account must be reported to F Bagee immediately.
• Transferring or selling your account to another person is strictly prohibited.

Members must be at least 18 years Minors are strictly prohibited from using the betting platform.

At registration or when required, F Bagee may request a copy of your National ID, passport, or birth certificate for age verification. Failure to submit documents may result in a temporary account suspension.

• Registration will not be completed if you are under 18 years of age.
• Registering with a false age will result in immediate account closure.
• Parents and guardians are strongly advised to prevent minors from accessing this platform.

The following rules apply to all members when betting on F Bagee. F Bagee reserves the right to void bets or suspend accounts in the event of any rule violation.

General Betting Rules:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless the cash-out option is active.
• Pre-match bets close before the event begins. Any bets placed after the designated cut-off time will be considered void.
• If a match or event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded.
• The minimum bet amount is ৳50 and the maximum varies depending on the event and market.
• Bets will not be accepted if your account has insufficient balance.
• If an abnormal discrepancy in odds is found to be caused by a technical error, F Bagee reserves the right to void the affected bet.

Live Betting:

• Odds in Live Betting change in real time. The odds displayed at the moment you confirm your bet are final.
• F Bagee is not liable for issues with live betting caused by network delays.

All financial transactions on F Bagee are fully secure and transparent. We accept deposits and withdrawals via popular Bangladeshi mobile banking services including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.

Deposit Terms:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100.
• Deposits are usually processed instantly. If there's a delay, please contact our support team.
• Deposits must be made from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
• Deposits made through a third party may not be accepted and could be returned.

Withdrawal Terms:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳300.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
• Specific wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

F Bagee regularly offers its members a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions that must be followed.

• Welcome Bonus: Available to new members only. Can be claimed once per account.
• Wagering Requirement: Bonus funds must be wagered a set number of times (typically 5–10x) before withdrawal. This requirement is stated in each individual bonus offer.
• Duration: Bonuses must generally be used within 30 days of being issued. Expired bonuses are automatically cancelled.
• Bonus Cancellation: If rule violations, multiple accounts, or fraudulent activity are found, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.
• F Bagee reserves the right to modify or discontinue any promotion or bonus offer without prior notice.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the F Bagee platform. Any violation will result in immediate account closure and may lead to legal action.

• Match fixing or any attempt to influence the outcome of a game.
• Abusing the bonus system or engaging in bonus arbitrage.
• Using automated bots or software to place bets.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once.
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems or engaging in hacking.
• Harassing other members or engaging in harmful behavior.

F Bagee treats the protection of your personal information as its top priority. We never sell your data to third parties.

The information you provide is used solely for the following purposes:

• Account management and verification.
• Processing payments and completing transactions.
• Providing customer support and technical assistance.
• Sending relevant promotions and offers (you can opt out at any time).

• Each member can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly betting limits.

F Bagee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Violating these Terms and Conditions.
• If evidence of fraudulent activity is found.
• If age verification fails or false information is found.
• When suspicious activity relating to account security is detected.
• At the member's own request.

Upon account closure, any valid balance (where no bonus violations are found) will be returned.

The F Bagee platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for the following:

• If a bet is not completed due to an internet disconnection or a problem with the user's device.
• For delays or errors caused by third-party payment gateways.
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, war, pandemic) beyond our control.
• Financial losses resulting from the user's own errors or negligence.

F Bagee may update these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified via email or SMS where possible.
